Cancel calls NetSuite suitelet 2203 with
soId, wayfair_cancel=true, and item = SKU
(plus qty = cancelled quantity when only part of the line was cancelled),
then saves the result on Processed Orders.
Auto-cancel also processes these rows about every 2 minutes.
